Earn the Certified Home Watch Reporter™ Designation
A professional designation for Home Watch business owners who are committed to operating at a higher level through education, accountability, and alignment with established standards.
Eligibility and Qualification Requirements
Available exclusively to Home Watch Academy Graduates who own and operate a Home Watch business.
The Certified Home Watch Reporter designation is reserved for business owners, with company principal(s) responsible for maintaining compliance, credentials, and overall business operations.
Applicants must submit required credentials and remain actively engaged in Graduate Resources continuing education.
Required credentials include proper insurance, a bond, a passing background check, a registered business, and an active Graduate Resources subscription.
Certification is not available to employees. They can take the Employee Home Watch Reporter training, but all legal compliance, insurance, and other requirements are the sole responsiblity of the business owners.
What to Expect
After submitting your Membership Application, you will receive the Certification Documentation Process, which outlines the required credentials and next steps to complete your certification.
Upon completion of the thorough vetting process, you will earn the designation of Certified Home Watch Reporter.

Annual Renewal: $99
Membership renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Employees may complete Home Watch Academy Employee Training; however, the Certified Home Watch Reporter designation is reserved for business owners.
