Home Watch Network™ Membership Requirements

•    Proof of Insurance
• Minimum Coverage - $1,000,000 General Liability Policy - $2,000,000 Aggregate
• Professional Liability/E&O Insurance is also recommended
• Your Home Watch Professionals at 1101 S. Tamiami Trail Suite 101-V, Venice, FL 34285, must be added as an Additional Insured
• Bond in the minimum amount of $10,000
• Background check of Business Owner(s)
•  One included in the membership fee – additional background check is $75
• Graduate of the Home Watch Academy
• Active Subscription to the Home Watch Academy Graduate Resources
• Proof of an established business entity - Copy of your State Annual Report
• Adherence to Terms and Conditions and Logo Use Guidelines
• Organizational websites are subject to review by the HW Network Compliance Group 
• Membership fee is non-refundable and will be automatically renewed unless canceled before the expiration date

The Home Watch Business becomes an Approved Member of the Home Watch Network

Business Owners who are Home Watch Academy Graduates earn the designation of Certified Home Watch Reporter.  A background check is required.
